Sa r\u00e9putation s\u2019est construite au travers de la production de tr\u00e8s grands Coteaux du Layon de garde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la visite des caves o\u00f9 350000 bouteilles sont conserv\u00e9es la d\u00e9gustation s\u2019est faite en comparant plusieurs mill\u00e9simes. Ce moment fut accompagn\u00e9 par un saxophoniste. Soft Swing et Coteaux du Layon sont tr\u00e8s bien all\u00e9s ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9jeuner \u00e9tait dans le restaurant troglodytique Les Cath\u00e9drales de la Saulaie. Au menu les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales des Fou\u00e9es cuites au feu de bois et avec le dessert du Jazz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019 apr\u00e8s midi, visite \u00e0 Dou\u00e9 La Fontaine du Mus\u00e9e aux Anciens Commerces, avec, pr\u00eates \u00e0 ouvrir, des anciennes petits boutiques achaland\u00e9es, pharmacie, cordonnerie atelier du chapelier\u2026.., et une rue commer\u00e7ante anim\u00e9e.
