In August our event is our traditionnal picnic on the theme\u00a0: Meeting o<\/strong>f<\/strong> 2 Patrimonies\u00a0: archit<\/strong>e<\/strong>ctural patrimony and <\/strong>motor-car patrimony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

44 Jaguar including 18 Classic, 83 persons, shared this journey with the owners of 2 castles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the morning we have been welcomed at the Castle of the Baronni\u00e8re, near St-Florent-le-Vieil, region marked by the Vend\u00e9e wars during the French Revolution. The castle is an former fief of a insurgent leader. The history has been related by its owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The picnic takes place in the shady garden of the second castle : The Castle of la Jailli\u00e9re which is located near Ingrandes. We have been welcomed by 8 hunting horn players. In the afternoon the owner of the castle, Mr Claude d\u2019 Anthenaise, has presented the history of his estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our cars brought life to these magnificent homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt se tient notre traditionnel pique-nique organis\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me : Rencontre entre 2 patrimoines : Patrimoine architectural et Patrimoine automobile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

44 Jaguar dont 18 Classic, 83 personnes, ont partag\u00e9 cette journ\u00e9e avec les propri\u00e9taires de 2 Ch\u00e2teaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le matin nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us au Ch\u00e2teau de La Baronni\u00e8re, proche de St-Florent-le-Vieil, r\u00e9gion marqu\u00e9e douloureusement par les guerres de Vend\u00e9e lors de la R\u00e9volution fran\u00e7aise. Ce ch\u00e2teau est un ancien fief d\u2019un chef des insurg\u00e9s. L\u2019hisoire nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 cont\u00e9e avec talent par son propri\u00e9taire. Mr O. du Boucheron<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pique-nique s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans les jardins ombrag\u00e9s du 2e<\/sup> ch\u00e2teau, le Ch\u00e2teau de la Jailli\u00e8re, proche d\u2019Ingrandes. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis par 8 sonneurs de trompes de chasse, moment majestueux. Dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi M. Claude d\u2019Anthenaise qui nous recevait sur ses terres, nous a cont\u00e9 l\u2019histoire du domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos autos ont donn\u00e9 de la vie \u00e0 ces magnifiques demeures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
