Our April\u2018s event was a meeting with our friends of Jersey during 3 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The matter was : Jersey Rallye Des Manoirs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The friday, 37 cars, 73 persons have taken the ferry at St Malo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our friends welcome and guide us till the H\u00f4tel Ambassadeur in St Clement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday\u00a0: visit to the Orchid Foundation followed by a visit to the Trinity Manor which has the largest cattle herd on the island, with a reception honoured by the presence of the owner of the Manor and the Jersey\u2019s Governor. Lunch at Samores Manor welcomed by the Seigneur, visit and tour of the Museum Collection of old Jersey farm tools and carriages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diner of Gala in St H\u00e9lier, start and return with a coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday\u00a0: tourist route on the magnificent west coast, visit of Jersey Pearl , road to the St Ouen\u2019s Manor where the owner gives us the history and drives us to the memorial of Francis Scornet shot during the WW2\u00a0, where the Consul de France who was in attendance tells us the story of this man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch, with lobster, was preparated by the members of the JEC Jersey in the St Ouen\u2019s Parish Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ferry back on sunday evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some crews stayed on monday, free, in Jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thanks for our friends for this beautiful reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre \u00e9v\u00e8nement d\u2019 Avril \u00e9tait un Rendez vous avec nos amis de Jersey pour un long week-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le th\u00e8me propos\u00e9 \u00e9tait\u00a0: Jersey Rallye Des Manoirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le vendredi 37 autos, 73 personnes embarqu\u00e8rent \u00e0 St Malo. Nos amis nous attendaient pour nous guider \u00e0 notre H\u00f4tel L\u2019 Ambassadeur, \u00e0 St Cl\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samedi\u00a0: accueil \u00e0 l\u2019Orchid\u00e9e Fondation pour d\u00e9couverte de ce site et caf\u00e9, suivi de la visite du Trinity Manor, qui poss\u00e8de le plus grand troupeau des vaches de Jersey de l\u2019\u00eele, re\u00e7us par le propri\u00e9taire des lieux et le Gouverneur de Jersey. D\u00e9jeuner au Samores Manor, accueillis par le Seigneur qui nous fit visiter le domaine, le jardin, la collection de voitures hippomobiles, le mus\u00e9e d\u2019 outils agricoles. D\u00eener de Gala \u00e0 St H\u00e9lier avec transport en car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dimanche\u00a0: route touristique sur la magnifique c\u00f4te ouest, visite du Mus\u00e9e de la Perle, et accueil au St Ouen\u2019s Manor par le propri\u00e9taire du site\u00a0: histoire, recueillement au M\u00e9morial Fran\u00e7ois Scornet , o\u00f9 le Consul de France nous expliqua l\u2019histoire de cet homme fusill\u00e9 pendant la 2\u00e8me guerre mondiale. Le d\u00e9jeuner, homards, \u00e9tait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par les membres du JEC Jersey dans la salle de la St Ouen\u2019s Parish Hall. Retour sur St Malo dans la soir\u00e9e\u00a0. Certains \u00e9quipages sont rest\u00e9s le lundi pour une journ\u00e9e libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un grand merci \u00e0 nos amis de Jersey pour cette magnifique organisation remplie d\u2018amiti\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
